| 英文描述 | Neonates have been described with congenital urethral strictures. The obstruction can be complete or partial; can be accompanied by hydronephrosis and hydroureter, as well as urinary incotinence from incomplete strictures. Dx by blockage of passage of a catheter and/or radiography. |
